This service is an injury consultation. I will listen carefully as you describe your injury and explain how it happened, then I will perform a detailed assessment. This service does not include treatment, although I will leave you with a clearer understanding of the problem, and some practical advice on what to do next.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you may do so with no less than 24 hours notice and your deposit will be refunded. Deposits are not refunded for any cancellations after 24 hours. Please contact me if you with to cancel at any time.
