Service Description

This is the full Sports Therapy experience. We'll begin with a detailed assessment of the injury. Then I'll carefully explain my findings to you so that you clearly understand. Following that, I will treat the injury, before re-assessing to observe our progress. I will also take you through some rehab exercises and help you to master the technique. Once the session is over, I will send you a personalised rehab plan and a video where I personally demonstrate the exercises and explain everything to you. If you work with a coach, I will also contact them and discuss how to modify your training plan until you are fully recovered.
